以毛木耳为试材,以荆条为基质,通过测定毛木耳在荆条屑培养基上的长速长势、胞外酶活性和生物学效率等指标,分析荆条作为毛木耳新型栽培原料的可行性。结果表明:荆条屑中纤维素含量为27.12%,半纤维素含量为10.06%,木质素含量为25.64%,粗蛋白质含量为3.35%,在栽培毛木耳方面具有可行性和开发潜力。以毛木耳3号为出发菌株,适宜栽培配方为荆条屑70%、棉籽皮10%、麸皮18%、生石灰1%、石膏1%。以毛木耳适宜料水比1∶1.4及采取适宜出耳模式与划口方式进行管理,其生物学效率可达103.75%。
Using the Auricularia aurientus as test material and Vitex negundo as matrix, the feasibility of using Vitex negundo as new cultivation material of A. tumefaciens was analyzed by measuring the long-term growth, extracellular enzyme activity and biological efficiency of A. furcifera on P. punctatus media. The results showed that the content of cellulose was 27.12%, the content of hemicellulose was 10.06%, the content of lignin was 25.64%, and the crude protein content was 3.35%. It is feasible and exploitable in the cultivation of Auricularia auricula. The starting strain of Mao Mugong 3 is suitable for cultivation of 70% vines, 10% cotton seed hulls, 18% bran, lime 1%, gypsum 1%. With the suitable ratio of 1: 1.4 and the suitable ear pattern and cut pattern, the biological efficiency of fur can reach 103.75%.
