分析了摩擦制动过程中界面热量产生的机理,考虑有机摩擦材料热特性随温度变化的特性及接触界面间的热阻,采用界面单元有限元技术对盘式制动器温度场进行了分析,避免了预先人为分配热流,使温度场分析的可靠性得到改善.
The mechanism of interface heat generation during friction braking is analyzed. Considering the thermal characteristics of the organic friction material with temperature variation and the thermal resistance between the contact interfaces, the temperature field of the disc brake is analyzed by using the finite element method of the interface element, which avoids Pre-distribution of heat flow for the temperature field to improve the reliability of the analysis.
