德育是品德和修养方面的教育。初中生的德育教育不仅体现在思想品德课堂上,同样也表现在班主任的日常教育中。对学生进行潜移默化教育,逐渐渗透品德内涵,让学生自觉规范言行,从而全面提升个人的综合素养。本文针对学生德育教育目标,从班主任角度出发,对知行并重的教学方式进行了比较详细的阐述。 Moral education is a moral and spiritual education. Junior high school students’ moral education is not only reflected in the class of ideological and moral education, but also reflected in the class teacher’s daily education. Students imperceptibly education, and gradually penetrate the moral content, let students consciously regulate words and deeds, so as to enhance the overall quality of individuals. This article aims at the goal of moral education of students, from the point of view of teacher in charge of class, elaborates on the teaching methods of knowing and doing both.
