目的:检测仿生胶对枸杞叶片光合能力及果实品质的影响。方法:枸杞叶片经仿生胶处理后利用叶绿素荧光成像系统测定其叶绿素荧光参数;枸杞生长早期进行仿生胶处理后采集其夏果和秋果,采用硫酸-苯酚法测定枸杞多糖含量。结果:仿生胶处理后枸杞叶片各叶绿素荧光参数与对照相比无显著性差异;仿生胶处理对枸杞多糖含量无显著影响。结论:使用仿生胶防治害虫对枸杞叶片的光合能力和枸杞果实品质无显著影响。
Objective: To examine the effects of biomimetic on the photosynthetic capacity and fruit quality of Lycium barbarum leaves. Methods: Lycium barbarum leaves were treated with bionic glue and their chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were determined by chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system. Lycium barbarum fruits were harvested at the early stage of growth for the purpose of collecting their summer fruits and autumnal fruits. The content of lycium barbarum polysaccharide was determined by sulfuric acid-phenol method. Results: The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Lycium barbarum leaves had no significant difference compared with the control after bionic glue treatment. The bionic glue had no significant effect on Lycium barbarum polysaccharide content. Conclusion: The use of bionic glue to control pests has no significant effect on the photosynthetic capacity and fruit quality of Lycium barbarum leaves.
