在0.5mol/L HClO_4介质中,采用氟离子选择电极测定了尿路结石中的微量氟。26例尿结石的氟含量((?)±s)为1532±1944μg/g(n=26)。结果表明:氟对尿结石的形成有促进作用,对不同部位的尿结石的形成,其影响也不同。文章对氟促进尿结石形成的机理进行了分析。
In 0.5mol / L HClO_4 medium, trace fluoride in urinary calculi was determined by fluoride ion selective electrode. The fluoride content (Î ±) in 26 cases of urolithiasis was 1532 ± 1944μg / g (n = 26). The results showed that fluoride promoted the formation of urinary calculus and had different effects on the formation of urinary stones in different sites. The article analyzes the mechanism of fluorine promoting urolithiasis.
