Organized by 8 units such as the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, “Jiangsu Fine Food Exhibition and the 4th Cooking Technology Competition” was held in Nanjing Exhibition Hall from April 4 to April 6, 2003. This is the first large gathering of the culinary community after our province stepped into the new century.
