在起草我国螺旋压力机参数过程中,根据各方建议,参数中应有“公称压力下有效能量”一项。此有效能量的求法,目前国内尚未统一。我们认为,工件的具体打击负荷图并不影响有效功,螺旋压力机的具体结构确定后,其有效功只是打击力的函数。下面的计算方法仅是一种初步探讨,意图引起争论,以求得到正确而又切实可行的计算方法,为早日完成参数制定提供理论基础。螺旋压力机公称压力下的有效能量,是压机的工作压力达到公称压力时,所能给予锻件的变形能。
In the process of drafting the parameters of our country’s screw press, according to the suggestion of all parties, there should be a “effective energy under nominal pressure” in the parameters. This effective energy method, at present, not yet unified. In our opinion, the specific load figure of the work piece does not affect the effective work. After the specific structure of the screw press is determined, its effective work is only a function of striking force. The following calculation method is only a preliminary study, intended to cause controversy in order to obtain a correct and practical calculation method, to provide a theoretical basis for the early completion of parameter formulation.
