1.来样情况来样系M7120A型卧轴矩台平面磨床砂轮主轴,材料为65Mn,经中频淬火处理,硬度要求HRC60以上。主轴主要工艺情况如下:原材料词质→车→中频淬火→160℃回火→粗磨→160℃时效→精磨→超精磨。在超精磨轴瓦档时,发现有一条白亮带,金工车间认为此白亮带属淬火缺陷。 2.宏观检验白亮带呈半圆环形,由带宽4毫米逐渐消失至呈尖尾状,见图1(图1照片系主轴已由线切割机割下)。表面硬度测定(用表面洛氏硬度计,载荷15公斤),白亮带区域RRC53,非白亮区域HRC61。在白亮带周围用3%硝酸酒精腐蚀,白亮带明显地不易被腐蚀,非白亮区较易被腐蚀,在白亮区与非白亮区交界处有一条明显的极易腐蚀的黑线。

In the white belt around with 3% nitric acid alcohol corrosion, white with obvious obvious not easy to corrode, non-white areas are more easily corroded, white and bright white area at the junction of a clear extremely corrosive black line.
