应用KBD病区粮饲养大鼠,从细胞代谢水平观察了软骨损害的生化学特点。在实验60天时,实验组大鼠与对照组相比发生以下变化:(1)血清ALPase、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)含量明显升高(P<0.05);(2)软骨组织ALPase活力明显升高(P<0.01),而肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、GOT活力明显降低(P<0.01);(3)软骨中高分子蛋白多糖的分子量和在体外重新聚合能力降低,而低分子蛋白多糖含量相对增加,蛋白多糖总含量降氏。这些改变与在KBD病人和病区粮饲养的恒河猴所观察到的实验结果完全一致。我们认为在实验大鼠观察到的这些代谢障碍是KBD病人的较早期的代谢受损害的表现。
Application KBD ward rat feeding, biochemical characteristics of cartilage damage observed from the cell metabolism level. At 60 days, the following changes occurred in the experimental group compared with the control group: (1) The contents of serum ALPase, GOT and GPT were significantly increased (P <0.05); (2) (P <0.01), and the activities of creatine phosphokinase (CK) and GOT decreased significantly (P <0.01). (3) The molecular weight of high molecular weight proteoglycan in cartilage and the ability of re-polymerization in vitro decreased Low molecular weight proteoglycan content relative increase, total proteoglycan content decreased. These changes are in good agreement with the experimental results observed in rhesus monkeys fed KBD patients and wards. We consider these metabolic disorders observed in experimental rats as a manifestation of earlier metabolic impairment in KBD patients.
