目的：报道6例小关节结核的介入治疗技术和疗效。材料和方法：经临床、X线和实验室检查证实的小关节结核6例，术前摄定位照片，以保证注射针准确无误地刺入关节腔，先抽吸并送检，再注入抗结核药物治疗。结果：6例小关节结核经介入和口服抗结核药物治疗疗效满意，均获得治愈。结论：小关节结核的介入治疗技术，方法简便，疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To report the interventional technique and curative effect of 6 cases of small joint tuberculosis. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Six cases of facet joint tuberculosis confirmed by clinical, X-ray and laboratory tests were preoperatively positioned to ensure that the injection needle pierce the joint cavity without any problem. First, aspiration and submission, then injection of anti-TB medical treatement. Results: Six cases of facet joint tuberculosis were treated with interventional and oral anti-TB drugs and were cured. Conclusion: Interventional treatment of facet joint tuberculosis is simple, effective and satisfactory. It is worthy of clinical application.
