目的:探讨内障丸对抗精子抗体阳性大鼠妊娠第3天子宫肥大细胞的影响。方法:用Wistar雌性成年大鼠,将所有雌性大鼠随机分为6组,每组12只。中药低剂量组(内障丸),中药内障丸高剂量组,中药对照组(六味地黄丸),西药对照组(醋酸泼尼松片),模型组、空白组、从第1次免疫后1周开始给药,连续3周。结果:内障丸可明显降低孕鼠子宫内的肥大细胞数目。结论:说明内障丸有改善子宫内免疫环境的作用,有利于受精卵着床。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of internal capsule on anti-sperm antibody positive rat uterine mast cells on the third day of pregnancy. METHODS: Wistar female adult rats were used and all female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups of 12 in each group. Chinese medicine low-dose group (internal barrier pill), high-dose traditional Chinese medicine barrier group, traditional Chinese medicine control group (Liu Wei Di Huang Wan), western medicine control group (prednisone acetate tablets), model group, blank group, after the first immunization Dosing began 1 week and continued for 3 weeks. RESULTS: Internal barrier pills can significantly reduce the number of mast cells in the uterus of pregnant mice. Conclusion: It is indicated that Neijiang Pill has the effect of improving the intrauterine immune environment and is conducive to implantation of fertilized eggs.
