围绕新颖的气囊加载方式,建立了气囊加载系统的力学分析模型,着重探讨了气囊加载装置设计中的关键问题,认为:必须消除沿加载面曲率较大方向的气囊织布表面张力影响,而当加载面曲率不大时则不需采取限制措施。张力的限制采用在加载面边界处进行张力阻断的方法来替代传统气囊加载系统中采用的封闭金属容器限制方法,降低了试验成本且提高了试验可观测性。同时,设计了加载载荷控制律并提出了相应的加载系统验证方法。最后,通过一个飞机机身框段结构模型的加载试验,验证了采用气囊加载系统进行均布载荷加载的可行性。
Based on the novel airbag loading method, the mechanical analysis model of the airbag loading system is established, and the key problems in the design of the airbag loading device are discussed emphatically.
