目的探讨溴苯腈急性中毒对骨骼肌能量代谢的影响及二巯丙磺钠(Na-DMPS)的保护效应。方法选取ICR小鼠78只,随机分成3组:正常对照组(6只)、急性中毒组(36只)和Na-DMPS保护组(36只);后两组均分为高剂量组和低剂量组两组,取中毒后0.5、3.0、6.0 h等各点检测骨骼肌腺苷酸水平变化(6只),并进行统计分析。结果①急性中毒组中,低剂量组小鼠骨骼肌一磷酸腺苷(AMP)在中毒后0.5 h高于正常对照组;高剂量组二磷酸腺苷(ADP)在中毒后0.5、3.0、6.0 h高于正常对照组,AMP在中毒后6.0 h高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。②Na-DMPS保护组中,低剂量组小鼠骨骼肌ADP低于急性中毒组,AMP低于急性中毒组(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠骨骼肌三磷酸腺苷(ATP)高于急性中毒组,ADP低于急性中毒组,AMP低于急性中毒组(P<0.01)。结论①溴苯腈急性中毒可影响骨骼肌能量代谢,但并不是其骨骼肌损伤的主要原因;②Na-DMPS保护可改善骨骼肌能量代谢。
Objective To investigate the effect of bromoxynil acute poisoning on energy metabolism of skeletal muscle and the protective effect of sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate (Na-DMPS). Methods 78 ICR mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group (6), acute poisoning group (36) and Na-DMPS protection group (36). The latter two groups were divided into high dose group and low The dosage of the two groups, taken 0.5, 3.0, 6.0 h after poisoning and other points detection skeletal muscle adenylate levels changes (6), and statistical analysis. Results ① In acute poisoning group, the levels of AMP in skeletal muscle of skeletal muscle were higher than that of normal control group at 0.5 h after poisoning. The ADP of high dose group was significantly lower than that of control group at 0.5, 3.0, 6.0 h higher than the normal control group, AMP 6.0 h after poisoning than the normal control group (P <0.05). In the Na-DMPS group, the ADP in the skeletal muscle of the low-dose group was lower than that of the acute poisoning group and lower than that of the acute poisoning group (P <0.05); the ATP level of the skeletal muscle of high-dose group was higher than that of the acute poisoning group ADP was lower than acute poisoning group, AMP was lower than acute poisoning group (P <0.01). Conclusion ① The acute toxicity of bromoxynil can affect the energy metabolism of skeletal muscle, but not the main reason of skeletal muscle injury; ②Na-DMPS protection can improve skeletal muscle energy metabolism.
