Ti掺杂量对TZM合金组织和性能的影响

采用粉末冶金法制备了不同Ti掺杂量的TZM合金,通过SEM分析了合金的显微组织,并测定了合金的显微硬度。采用Gleeble—1500型热/力试验机模拟合金在高温下的受热及变形过程,绘制出应力-应变曲线。结果表明,随着Ti掺杂量的增加,Ti、Zr氧化物或单质于合金晶界处的富集越来越明显,起到强化合金的作用;合金的显微硬度随着Ti掺杂量的增加先增大后减小,并于TiH2含量为0.6%时达最大;合金的高温变形抗力随Ti掺杂量的增加而提高。 TZM alloys with different Ti doping amount were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The microstructure of the alloy was analyzed by SEM and the microhardness of the alloy was measured. The Gleeble-1500 heat / force testing machine is used to simulate the heat and deformation process of the alloy at high temperature, and the stress-strain curve is drawn. The results show that with the increase of Ti doping amount, the enrichment of Ti, Zr oxide or single element in the grain boundary of the alloy becomes more and more obvious, which plays the role of strengthening the alloy. The microhardness of the alloy increases with Ti doping Increases first and then decreases, and reaches the maximum when TiH2 content is 0.6%. The high temperature deformation resistance of the alloy increases with the increase of Ti doping amount.
