目的了解平武县大骨节病病情现状,为制定科学的防治措施提供依据。方法对平武县的大骨节病病区村的16岁及以上的所有成人进行临床检查,了解成人患病率;对7～12岁儿童进行右手X线正位拍片检查,了解儿童发病情况。结果临床检查7876名成人,查出Ⅰ°及以上大骨节病患者321人,平均患病率为4.21%;临床检查1243名7～12岁儿童,未检出Ⅰ°及以上大骨节病患者,拍摄7～12岁儿童右手X线正位片1243张,阳性24张,平均X线检出率为1.93%,全部为干骺端改变。结论平武县大骨节病的防治已经取得成效,儿童新发病得到稳定控制。
Objective To understand the status of Kashin-Beck disease in Pingwu County and provide basis for making scientific prevention and cure measures. Methods The clinical examination of all adults aged 16 years old and above in village of Kashin-Beck disease in Pingwu County was carried out to understand the prevalence of adults. The children aged 7 ~ 12 years old were examined by right-handed X-ray and the children were diagnosed. Results A total of 7876 adults were diagnosed clinically. 321 patients with KBD were found with an average prevalence rate of 4.21%. 1243 children aged 7-12 years were not detected in patients with KBD, Films of 12 to 12-year-old children right anterior radiographs 1243, 24 positive, the average X-ray detection rate of 1.93%, all for the metaphysis changes. Conclusion Prevention and treatment of Kashin-Beck disease in Pingwu County have achieved some success, and the new onset of disease in children has been steadily controlled.
