目的:测定肾小球细胞外基质(ECM)中透明质酸(Hyaluronic,HA)、层粘蛋白(Laminin,LN)的含量变化,以探讨其在肾小球硬化机制中的作用。方法:采用放射免疫法对32例肾小球肾炎患者和15例正常肾组织进行测定。结果:肾组织中HA、LN和前胶原-3(PC-3)随病变进展明显增加。结论:HA、LN和PC-3与肾小球硬化密切相关
Objective: To determine the content of hyaluronic acid (HA) and laminin (LN) in glomerular extracellular matrix (ECM) in order to explore its role in the mechanism of glomerulosclerosis. Methods: 32 cases of glomerulonephritis and 15 cases of normal renal tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The levels of HA, LN and procollagen-3 (PC-3) in renal tissue were significantly increased with the progression of the disease. Conclusion: HA, LN and PC-3 are closely related to glomerulosclerosis
