机构投资者介入公司治理已经成为国际趋势,机构投资者的规模在不断扩大,参与公司治理的行为也愈加频繁与深入。而我国机构投资者的发展起步较晚,但近几年发展迅速,在改善公司治理方面的作用也正在不断加强。本文讨论了制约我国机构投资者参与公司治理的因素以及大力推进机构投资者发展的措施。
The involvement of institutional investors in corporate governance has become an international trend, the scale of institutional investors is expanding and the participation in corporate governance is becoming more and more frequent and in-depth. The development of institutional investors in our country started later, but the rapid development in recent years has played an increasingly important role in improving corporate governance. This article discusses the factors that constrain the participation of institutional investors in corporate governance in our country and measures to promote the development of institutional investors.
