目的:探讨人文关怀在冠心病重症监护病房患者家属中的实施效果。方法:选取温州医科大学附属第二儿童医院冠心病重症监护病房79名患者家属为研究对象,加强与家属的沟通,了解家属的需求,给予心理支持,严格管理医疗费,调查医疗纠纷发生情况、护理服务质量及对护理工作的满意度。结果:人文关怀使护理人员和患者之间的关系更加和谐,提高了患者及家人对医护工作者的信赖,护理工作满意度达97.82%。患者家属心理不平衡和紧张情绪减少,心理压力减轻,基本未发生医疗纠纷。除两例患者因住院费用问题主动出院外,其他无转诊或出院情况。结论:人文关怀使护患关系更加和谐,可提高患者及家属对护理服务的满意度,避免医疗纠纷,提升家庭支持系数。
Objective: To investigate the effect of humanistic care in the family members of patients with coronary heart disease intensive care unit. Methods: The families of 79 patients with coronary heart disease intensive care unit in Second Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects. The communication between them and their families was strengthened. The family members’ needs were met. Psychological support was provided. The medical expenses were strictly controlled and the medical disputes were investigated. Nursing service quality and nursing satisfaction. Results: Humanistic care made the relationship between nursing staff and patients more harmonious, and increased the trust of patients and their families to health care workers. The satisfaction of nursing work reached 97.82%. Family members of patients with psychological imbalance and reduced stress, reduce psychological stress, the basic medical disputes did not occur. Except for two patients who voluntarily discharged due to hospitalization expenses, none of the other patients were referred or discharged. Conclusion: Humanistic care makes the relationship between nurses and patients more harmonious, which can improve the satisfaction of patients and their families for nursing services, avoid medical disputes and enhance the family support coefficient.
