目的比较新、旧水蛭提取法制备蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊的脑缺血保护作用。方法 90只SD大鼠分为9组:假手术组、模型组、对照组、大中小3个剂量A实验组(新胶囊)和B实验组(旧胶囊),每日1次,连续5 d灌胃相应药物后,比较神经功能评分、梗死范围、病理改变,比色法检测丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果与模型组相比,新、旧胶囊大剂量组,均可使神经功能评分降低;新、旧胶囊的大剂量组和旧胶囊中剂量组,脑缺血干湿重百分比均减少;新胶囊大剂量组和旧胶囊大、中2个剂量组,神经细胞肿胀坏死程度、胞核改变、胶质细胞增生均较模型组轻;新、旧胶囊大剂量组MDA含量均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论新旧提取水蛭法制备蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对脑缺血均有保护作用,这可能与降低MDA有关。
OBJECTIVE To compare the protective effects of leechonhuoxue tongyu capsule on cerebral ischemia induced by old and new leech extraction. Methods Ninety Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 9 groups: Sham operation group, model group, control group, middle and small dose A experimental group (new capsule) and B experimental group (old capsule) once daily for 5 days After administration of the corresponding drugs, the scores of neurological function, infarct size and pathological changes were compared. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured by colorimetry. Results Compared with the model group, the scores of neurological function decreased in both new and old capsule high dose group; the new capsule and the old capsule middle dose group decreased the percentage of cerebral ischemia wet and dry weight; The dosage of large and medium dose of high dose group and old capsule were significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0.05) ). Conclusions The preparation of leelawadenghuoxuetongyu Capsule by both new and old leech extraction has the protective effect on cerebral ischemia, which may be related to the decrease of MDA.
