随着《中华人民共和国商业银行法》的颁布和实施,国有独资商业银行已经被明确定位为金融企业,在其建立和完善现代金融企业制度过程中,由于长远经营战略和组织目标实现的需要以及同业人才竞争的加剧,加大人员总量与结构调整力度以及强化人才“保全”已经势在必行。但是,由此引发的劳动争议也随之而来。现就国有独资商业银行劳动争议的主要成因浅析如下。
