孩子的成长离不开故事。生动有趣、跌宕起伏的故事能够给孩子带来无数的欢笑和快乐。孩子都喜欢听故事,讲故事,表演故事。因此,在小学英语教学实践中,运用故事教学是一种行之有效的教学方法。它既符合儿童的年龄特征和心理特点,也符合整体式语言教学的规律,有效落实英语新课标的要求。《PEP小学英语》教材中富含趣味盎然的故事,在小学英语课堂中合理利用,挖掘这些课程资源,实施故事教学,能够有效提高课堂教学效率,培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的综合语言运用能力。
Children’s growth can not be separated from the story. Vivid and interesting, ups and downs of the story can bring countless children laugh and happy. Children like to listen to stories, tell stories and show stories. Therefore, in the practice of primary English teaching, the use of story teaching is an effective teaching method. It meets the children’s age characteristics and psychological characteristics, but also in line with the rules of the overall language teaching, effective implementation of the new English curriculum requirements. The PEP English for Primary School is full of interesting stories, which can be used reasonably in primary English classrooms. Mining these curriculum resources and implementing story teaching can effectively improve classroom teaching efficiency, cultivate students ’interest in learning and improve students’ comprehensive language use ability.
