根据辊压机的工作原理,分析了辊压机液压系统在稳态运行状态,讨论了管道、节流阀的阻力、轴承座的摩擦力对系统的影响,一改传统模型认为动辊所受的外负荷为恒定不变的观点,把动辊的负荷视为动负荷。从而建立起在不同情况下液压系统的动态模型,为辊压机的研究奠定了理论基础。
According to the working principle of the roller press, the hydraulic system of the roller press is analyzed in the steady state. The influences of the resistance of the pipe and the throttle and the friction of the bearing seat on the system are discussed. Of the external load is constant point of view, the dynamic roller load as a dynamic load. Thus, the dynamic model of hydraulic system under different conditions is established, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of roller press.
