机器通常是由原动机、传动机构和执行机构三部分组成。传动机构的作用就是在一定距离内传递机械能、传递或变换速度和转矩,有时候还须变换运动形式。 现有的机械传动形式很多,有带传动、链传动、齿轮传动和蜗杆传动等几种形式。由于传动方式不同,也就导致了结构、性能等的不同。目前使用最多的传动形式是齿轮传动和带传动。本文就同步齿形带传动和齿轮传动的噪声特性进行分析研究,并推荐同步齿形带作为低噪声传动形式,可以在降噪工程中广泛应用。
The machine is usually composed of the prime mover, the transmission mechanism and the actuator. The role of the transmission mechanism is to pass mechanical energy within a certain distance, transfer or transform the speed and torque, and sometimes have to change the form of movement. The existing mechanical transmission in many forms, with belt drive, chain drive, gear drive and worm drive and several other forms. Due to different transmission methods, it leads to the different structure, performance and so on. The most commonly used form of transmission is gear and belt drive. In this paper, the synchronous toothed belt drive and gear drive noise characteristics are analyzed and studied, and synchronous toothed belt is recommended as a low noise transmission form, which can be widely used in noise reduction projects.
