建立了一种测定南极磷虾整虾、虾壳、虾头、虾肉、熟南极磷虾及南极磷虾干中硼含量的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(MD-ICP-MS)方法。样品匀浆后加入HNO3和H2O2进行微波消解,以锂为内标元素,用电感耦合等离子体-质谱仪测定其中的硼。硼在0~300 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997;所涉及的各种样品中硼在不同浓度水平的平均加标回收率在96.2%~103.5%之间,RSD均小于6.0%。采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体-质谱系统,南极磷虾中硼的检测限为2.51 ng/L。南极磷虾各样品中硼的含量在1.36~5.08 mg/kg之间,比青虾、南美白对虾等水产品中硼的含量高,应进一步开展南极磷虾中硼的安全性评价研究。所建立的MD-ICP-MS方法可用于南极磷虾等水产品中硼的测定。
A microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (MD-ICP-MS) method was developed for the determination of boron in whole shrimp, shrimp shell, shrimp head, shrimp meat, cooked Antarctic krill and dried Antarctic krill. Samples were homogenized and then HNO3 and H2O2 were added for microwave digestion. Lithium was used as the internal standard element and the boron was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. The linearity of boron in the range of 0-300 ng / mL was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The average spike recoveries of boron at various concentration levels ranged from 96.2% to 103.5% for all samples involved, with RSDs less than 6.0 %. The detection limit of boron in Antarctic krill was 2.51 ng / L using microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. The content of boron in each sample of Antarctic krill is between 1.36 and 5.08 mg / kg, which is higher than that of aquatic products such as freshwater shrimp and white leg shrimp. Therefore, the safety evaluation of boron in Antarctic krill should be further studied. The established MD-ICP-MS method can be used for the determination of boron in aquatic products such as Antarctic krill.
