他们是能够对大批人士的思维、情感和行为形成重大影响的人物。因为人类是有文化的生灵,在文化的滋润下生生不息。所以领导人物为了能够有效地影响众多的人,他们首先必须足善于讲故事的高手,而且要讲有文化的故事。领导人物讲故事的方式有两种:一种方式是用语言当着大庭广众,面对面地讲,让人们受到影响;另一种方式是通过具体的事物与人们进行交流,让人们自己去领悟其中的含义。能用第一种方式讲故事的人是直接型的领导人物,他们往往容易被人们认识和记住;用第二种方式讲故事的人是间接型领导,他们往往容易被人们忽略和忘记。领导人物所讲的故事都是他们自己编出来的,反映了他们自己的价值观和理想,如果

Because human beings are cultural creatures, they are constantly growing under the nourishment of culture. Therefore, in order for leaders to effectively influence a large number of people, they must, first and foremost, be good masters of storytelling and have cultural stories. There are two ways in which leaders can tell stories: one is to use language to speak out of the ordinary, face to face, and let people be affected; the other way is to communicate with people through concrete things to make people understand them meaning.
