以21份紫仁核桃果实为试材,对其进行了10个数量性状的测定和15个质量性状的鉴定及赋值,并进行了变异性分析和聚类分析。结果表明:在变异性上,数量性状中壳厚、粒重、仁重和含油率变异系数分别为33%、21%、20%、18%,其它变异系数较小;质量性状中果型、果肩和果底部差别较大,近圆形果实占48%,果肩圆形占48%,果底平占52%,其它质量性基本一致。聚类分析表明,紫仁核桃果实聚成MG1和MG2类,MG2类中“紫10号”、“紫20号”、“紫22号”含油率低聚在一起,MG1进一步分为MG1-1和MG1-2组,MG1-1中“紫13号”、“紫16号”含油率、蛋白质含量较高聚在一起。MG1-2包括了其余16份种子资源,其果实在质量和数量性状较为近似,差异不大;该研究结果可为紫仁核桃种质资源的有效利用及进一步的良种选育提供参考。
Twenty-one samples of Zizyphus wallichii were used as materials, 10 quantitative traits and 15 quality traits were identified and assigned, and the variability analysis and cluster analysis were carried out. The results showed that the coefficients of variation of shell thickness, grain weight, kernel weight and oil content were 33%, 21%, 20% and 18%, respectively, while the other coefficients of variation were small in quantitative traits. Fruit shoulder and fruit at the bottom of a larger difference, nearly circular fruit accounted for 48%, round shoulder fruit accounted for 48%, flat bottom accounted for 52%, other quality is basically the same. Cluster analysis showed that the fruit of Polygonatum wallichii aggregated into MG1 and MG2, and the oil content of “purple 10 ”, “purple 20 ” and “purple 22 Further divided into MG1-1 and MG1-2 group, MG1-1 ”purple No. 13“, ”purple No. 16" oil content, high protein content together. MG1-2 includes the remaining 16 seed resources, and its fruit quality is similar to that of the quantitative trait. The results of this study can provide reference for the effective utilization of germplasm resources and further seed selection.
