目的探讨体检中心护理质量管理中PDCA循环法的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月-2016年12月于吉林市北华大学附属医院体检中心进行常规体检者共180例,随机对其进行分组,分为对照组和观察组各90例,对照组受检者采用常规管理,观察组受检者应用PDCA循环法进行管理,比较对照组与观察组的护理服务水平、质量管理效果及受检者满意度。结果对照组受检者满意度为87.8%,观察组受检者满意度为96.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与观察组受检者护理服务水平和质量管理效果评分的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体检中心护理质量管理中,应用PDCA循环法能够提高护理服务水平和质量管理效果,且受检者满意度较高,因此具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in quality control of physical examination center. Methods From June 2015 to December 2016, a total of 180 routine physical examinations were performed in the physical examination center of Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University, Jilin. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 90 cases. The control group was examined The subjects underwent routine management. The subjects in the observation group were managed by the PDCA circulation method. The level of nursing service, the quality control effect and the satisfaction of subjects were compared between the control group and the observation group. Results The satisfaction of the subjects in the control group was 87.8%, while the satisfaction of the subjects in the observation group was 96.7% (P <0.05). Conclusions In the quality control of nursing center in physical examination center, applying PDCA method can improve nursing service level and quality management effect, and the satisfaction of subjects is higher, so it has some promotion value.
