目的分析食物中毒的原因,查明致病菌。方法对14例食物中毒患者进行流行病学调查,3例食物中毒患者肛拭子、1份粪便标本及7份剩余菜肴进行病原菌的分离、鉴定,并对分离菌株进行血清学分型、毒力基因多重PCR检测tdh、trh和toxR基因试验、脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型。结果 3份食物中毒患者肛拭子、1份粪便标本中均检出副溶血性弧菌,经血清学分型、毒力基因多重PCR检测、PFGE分子分型试验,4份患者标本的分离株试验结果完全一致。均为副溶血性弧菌,血清型为O4∶K9,毒力基因tdh阳性、trh阴性和toxR阳性,脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱的聚类分析结果显示:4株副溶血性弧菌的带型相似度为100%。7份剩余菜肴均未检出相关致病菌。结论根据流行病学调查,实验室检测分析,这是一起由副溶血性弧菌污染食物所致的食物中毒。
Objective To analyze the causes of food poisoning and identify pathogenic bacteria. Methods Epidemiological investigation was conducted in 14 patients with food poisoning. Three patients with food poisoning were rectal swabs, 1 stool specimen and 7 remaining dishes. The pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified. The serotypes, virulence genes Multiplex PCR detection tdh, trh and toxR gene test, pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) molecular typing. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in three samples of food poisoning patients with anal swab and 1 stool specimen. Serological typing, multiplex PCR of virulence genes, PFGE molecular typing test and isolation of 4 patients The result is exactly the same. Vibrio parahaemolyticus, serotype O4: K9, virulence genes tdh positive, trh negative and toxR positive, pulsed field gel electrophoresis results of cluster analysis showed that: four strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Similarity is 100%. Seven remaining dishes were not detected related pathogens. Conclusions According to epidemiological investigations and laboratory tests, this is a food poisoning caused by contaminated food by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
