纳米技术和生物传感技术作为21世纪的两大领先技术,二者之间存在着多方面的技术交叉。在生命科学研究日趋受重视的今天,纳米生物传感技术作为一门新兴科学,是该领域的前沿和热点,具有广阔的应用前景。电化学生物传感器可将分子水平上的生物识别信号转换成电信号,具有高灵敏度和微型化的特点。纳米技术在电化学生物传感器上的应用使其具有更高的检测性能和更广的检测范围,具有巨大潜在应用价值。本文针对近几年纳米材料在电化学生物传感器领域的应用等做一综述。
As the two leading technologies in the 21st century, nanotechnology and biosensing technologies exist, and there are many technical differences between the two. In the life science research day by day, the nanometer biosensing technology, as a new science, is the frontier and the hot point in this field, which has a broad application prospect. Electrochemical biosensors can be biomolecules at the molecular level signals into electrical signals, with high sensitivity and miniaturization. The application of nanotechnology to electrochemical biosensors makes it have higher detection performance and broader detection range, which has great potential application value. In this paper, we review the applications of nanomaterials in electrochemical biosensors in recent years.
