利用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪测定了9份不同西瓜材料伸蔓期的光响应曲线,分析各材料曲线的特征参数。结果表明不同材料的光响应特征参数存在差异:最大净光合速率为W4=W5=W6=圆形花皮特早熟=长梭绿皮特早熟=桂红2号>兴桂1号>W9>W12;表观量子效率为圆形花皮特早熟>桂红2号>W4>兴桂1号>长梭绿皮特早熟>W9>W5>W6>W12;暗呼吸速率为桂红2号>长梭绿皮特早熟>圆形花皮特早熟>W5>W4>兴桂1号>W9>W6>W12;光补偿点为长梭绿皮特早熟>W5>桂红2号>W4>圆形花皮特早熟>W12>兴桂1号>W6>W9;光饱和点为W6>W5>长梭绿皮特早熟>W9>兴桂1号>W4>W12>桂红2号>圆形花皮特早熟。由此说明:圆形花皮特早熟、桂红2号利用弱光能力较强,长梭绿皮特早熟光合能力较强,桂红2号暗呼吸较强。圆形花皮特早熟、桂红2号在较弱光强下仍能很好地进行光合作用,与其他材料相比较耐弱光。
The light response curves of 9 different watermelon cultivars were measured by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer, and the characteristic parameters of each material curve were analyzed. The results showed that there were differences in the light response characteristics of different materials: the maximum net photosynthetic rate was W4 = W5 = W6 = Phellodendrmal early maturity = Long shuttle Greenpett precocious = Guihong 2> Xingui 1> W9> W12; Observation of quantum efficiency for the flower round flower Pitt precocious> Guihong 2> W4> Xinggui 1> long shuttle green Pitt premature> W9> W5> W6> W12; dark respiration rate Gui Hong 2> > Round flower Pitt premature> W5> W4> Xingui 1> W9> W6> W12; light compensation point for the long shuttle Greenpeak precocious> W5> Guihong 2> W4> Round flower Pitt Precocity> W12> Hing Gui No. 1> W6> W9; light saturation point W6> W5> long shuttle Greenpeace precocious> W9> Xingui 1> W4> W12> Guihong 2> Circular flower Pitt premature. This shows that: Circular flower Pitt early, Gui Hong 2 ability to use weak light, long shuttle green pete strong photosynthetic ability, Gui Hong 2 strong dark breathing. Circular flower Pitt premature, Gui Hong 2 in the weak light intensity can still well photosynthesis, compared with other materials resistant to weak light.
