微量元素硒是人体必需的生命元素。我国72%的地区处于缺硒、低硒带,约有3×108人口受到缺硒威胁。因此,开发富硒食品是关系到我国人民健康的重要课题。本文详细报道了荞麦作物富硒试验研究的方法和结果。研究结果表明,通过拌种和花期叶面喷施亚硒酸钠,荞麦富硒效果十分明显,试验组较对照组荞麦籽粒含硒量可提高180倍。同时,喷施硒肥还可使产量提高和品质改善。文章还对富硒荞麦开发利用前景作了展望。
Trace elemental selenium is an essential element of human life. Seventy-two percent of China’s regions are in selenium-deficient and low-selenium zones, and about 3 × 108 population are threatened with selenium deficiency. Therefore, the development of selenium-enriched foods is an important issue that concerns the health of our people. This paper reports the methods and results of buckwheat crop selenium enrichment experiment. The results showed that the effect of selenium enrichment by buckwheat was obvious by spraying sodium selenite at seed dressing stage and flowering foliar stage. The selenium content of buckwheat grains in the experimental group could be increased by 180 times than that of the control group. At the same time, spraying selenium fertilizer can also improve yield and quality. The article also prospects the development and utilization of Se-enriched buckwheat.
