目的:探讨心理护理干预对提高乳腺癌患者护理质量的影响。方法:选取我院2015年4月至2016年4月收治的乳腺癌患者60例,将其按照随机数字表法均分为实验组与对照组,每组30例患者。对两组患者均行常规护理干预,对实验组患者加行心理护理干预,对比两组患者的护理质量。结果:实验组患者的护理质量显著性优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌患者行心理护理干预,显著改善了患者的心理状态,提升了患者的护理质量,提高了患者的治疗依从性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on improving nursing quality of patients with breast cancer. Methods: Sixty patients with breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The two groups of patients underwent routine nursing intervention, the experimental group of patients with psychological care intervention, compared the quality of care of two groups of patients. Results: The quality of nursing care in experimental group was better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of psychological care in breast cancer patients significantly improves the patient’s psychological status, improves the quality of patient care and improves the patient’s compliance with treatment.
