终身学习理念越来越被人们所认同,成人教育已经成为人们进行继续教育的重要途径,是我国高等教育不可或缺的一部分。与一般教育而言,成人教育有着独特性,学生都是成年人,职业、年龄等都具有一定的差距。班主任是学生与教师之间的枢纽,具有不可代替的地位及作用。本文就成人教育班主任在思想教育方面的地位及作用进行了探析,旨在相互交流,不断提高班主任地位及作用。
The concept of lifelong learning is more and more recognized by people. Adult education has become an important way for people to carry on continuing education and is an indispensable part of our higher education. As for general education, adult education has unique characteristics. Students are all adults, and their occupations and ages all have a certain gap. Class teacher is the hub between students and teachers, has an irreplaceable status and role. This article explores the status and role of the director of adult education in ideological education, aiming to exchange ideas and improve the status and role of teacher in charge.
