根据美国亚拉巴马州OakGrove煤田TEAM工程的生产情况,介绍煤层气的产气、脱水和增产技术。指出虽然砂子和抽油杆断裂引起的修井问题十分严重,但泵的早期磨损的主要原因是由于泵腔内过高的气液比所造成的。给出了煤层气的测量、收集、输送流程以及流程配置对气井生产所产生的影响和解决办法。
According to the production of the TEAM project at the OakGrove coalfield in Alabama, USA, the technologies for gas production, dehydration and stimulation of CBM are introduced. It is pointed out that although the workover problem caused by the fracture of sand and sucker rod is very serious, the main cause of early pump wear is the excessive gas-liquid ratio in the pump chamber. The influence of CBM measurement, collection, transportation process and process configuration on gas well production and its solution are given.
