随着中红外激光在国防、医疗、光通信及材料加工等领域显示出巨大的应用前景,中红外光纤拉曼激光器逐渐成为研究热点。与传统的石英光纤相比,氟化物光纤和硫化物光纤具有中红外波段透过窗口及更高的非线性系数,全面介绍以这两种不同材料作为增益介质基底的中红外光纤拉曼激光器的国内外研究进展,重点阐述两种光纤作为增益介质下的拉曼输出波长、输出功率和光学效率的现状,并进行分析与对比,最后对中红外光纤拉曼激光器的发展与改进进行展望。
With the development of mid-infrared laser in the field of defense, medical treatment, optical communication and material processing, the mid-infrared fiber Raman laser has become a hot research topic.
