目的分析优质护理对妇幼保健护理人员护理素质影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月30例妇幼保健护理人员资料,本组护理人员均实施优质护理模式,观察并对比本组护理管理水平及护理满意度。结果本组实施后护理水平评分与护理管理评分较之实施前均提高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理满意度较之实施前更高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇幼保健护理人员实施优质护理模式可有效提高其护理水平、管理水平及护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the impact of quality nursing on nursing quality of MCH nurses. Methods The data of 30 maternal and child health care workers in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. The nursing staff of this group all implemented the high-quality nursing model and observed and compared their nursing management level and nursing satisfaction. Results After the implementation of the group nursing score and nursing management score than before the implementation were improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after the implementation of nursing satisfaction higher than before, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing model for MCH nurses can effectively improve their nursing level, management level and nursing satisfaction.
