目的对宽叶兔儿风Ainsliaea latifolia全草的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、中压制备液相、高压制备液相等方法进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱手段对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从宽叶兔儿风80%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(1)、蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯(2)、3β-hydroxy-11α,12α-epoxyfriedoolean-14-ene(3)、careborin(4)、cis-careborin(5)、3α-E-feruloyltaraxerol(6)、3α-Z-feruloyltaraxerol(7)、3-oxo-11α-methoxyolean-12-ene(8)、diaspanolide A(9)、diaspanolide B(10)、ainsliaolide A(11)、豆甾醇(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)。结论13个化合物中包括8个三萜类化合物(1~8),3个倍半萜类化合物(9~11),2个甾体类化合物(12~13)。化合物1~13均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant Ainsliaea latifolia. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, medium pressure preparative HPLC and high pressure preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from 80% ethanol extract of broad-leaved rabbit’s wind, and identified as thromboxane (1), triterpene alcohol acetate (2), 3β-hydroxy-11α, 12α-epoxyfriedoolean-14 -ene (3), careborin (4), cis-careborin (5), 3α-E-feruloyltaraxerol (6), 3α-Z-feruloyltaraxerol (7) , Diaspanolide A (9), diaspanolide B (10), ainsliaolide A (11), stigmasterol (12) and β-sitosterol (13). Conclusion The 13 compounds include 8 triterpenes (1 ~ 8), 3 sesquiterpenoids (9 ~ 11) and 2 steroid compounds (12 ~ 13). Compounds 1-13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
