失效模式影响分析(FMEA)是航天、军事等领域发展而来的、用于分析系统安全性和可靠性的一种重要的工程方法。文章进行了将失效模式影响分析方法引入到复杂热力系统的可靠性和安全性分析的探索,以某一典型的蒸汽供暖系统为例,通过系统功能结构划分、缺陷分析,找到了影响其安全性、可靠性的潜在缺陷,获得了风险顺序数并根据该系数确定了设计修改的顺序与改进措施。结果表明:FMEA方法对于减少复杂热力系统的设计缺陷,提高系统运行的安全性和可靠性,方便系统检修与维护等方面都有重要的意义。
Failure Mode Impact Analysis (FMEA) is an important engineering method developed for aerospace, military and other fields to analyze system safety and reliability. The article has carried on the exploration to the reliability and safety analysis of the failure mode influence analysis method to the complex thermodynamic system. Taking a typical steam heating system as an example, through the analysis of the system functional structure and defect, , The potential defects of reliability, obtained the risk sequence number and determined the sequence of design modification and improvement measures according to the coefficient. The results show that the FMEA method is of great significance in reducing the design flaws of complex thermal systems, improving the safety and reliability of system operation, and facilitating the system maintenance and repair.
