目前,常见的CAM类软件如UG,Mastercam等在加工领域已有非常广泛的应用。但在高速加工方面,这些软件缺乏针对性的优化,只能对切削刀路做简单的拐角圆滑及减速处理,局部加工仍然存在安全隐患。Solidcam高速加工模块中的HSR和HSM对切削刀路及连刀路径中的所有拐角都进行光顺处理,有效避免加工过程中的刀具停顿,使机床保持连续运动。对某零件利用HSR和HSM进行加工,结果证明,加工过的曲面质量较高,编程效率和安全性也得到了提升。
At present, common CAM software such as UG, Mastercam, etc. in the field of processing has a very wide range of applications. However, in terms of high-speed machining, these software lacks specific optimization and can only perform simple corner smoothing and deceleration processing on the cutter path. There is still a potential safety hazard in the local processing. HSR and HSM in the Solidcam high-speed machining module smooth all corners of the cutting path and even the knife path, effectively avoiding the tool pause during machining, to keep the machine continuous movement. The machining of a part using HSR and HSM proved that the quality of the machined surface is higher and the programming efficiency and safety are also improved.
