用不同pH值(3.00~9.00)的培养液对旱稻幼苗进行培养,15 d以后测定幼苗丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性。试验结果表明,不同pH值培养条件下,旱稻幼苗丙二醛含量和3种抗氧化酶活性差异显著,pH值5~6最适宜旱稻生长。
The upland rice seedlings were cultured with different pH values (3.00-9.00), and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase were measured 15 days later. The results showed that under different pH conditions, the content of MDA and the activity of three antioxidant enzymes were significantly different in upland rice and the optimum pH was in the range of 5-6 for upland rice growth.
