流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)是影响人类健康的主要虫媒传染病之一,在我国多数省份均有流行。广西壮族自治区(广西)是我国乙脑流行的高发地区,全区各市均有病例发生。该文查阅了近10年国内外相关文献报道,从流行趋势、流行特征、传染源、传播途径、疫苗、病原学等几个方面对广西乙脑的流行现状进行了阐述,回顾了广西乙脑的研究进展,并结合目前存在的问题探讨了研究前景。
Epidemic encephalitis (JE) is one of the major insect-borne diseases affecting human health and is endemic in most of our provinces. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Guangxi) is a high incidence area of epidemic of JE in our country. All the cities in the region have cases. This paper reviews the reports of relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent 10 years and elaborates on the prevalence of JE in Guangxi from several aspects such as epidemic trends, epidemic characteristics, sources of infection, transmission routes, vaccines and etiology. Research progress, combined with the current problems to explore the research prospects.
