本文报导采用电化学、声学手段同恆载荷拉伸实验相结合的方法,对18—8奥氏体不锈纲在氯离子介质中应力腐蚀断裂行为进行了研究,提出了18—8奥氏体不锈纲在氯离子介质中发生应力腐蚀断裂的机理、防止应力腐蚀断裂的方法,测出了应力腐蚀断裂的敏感电位区、免疫区以及划分免疫区与非免疫区的临界电位,并对临界电位的物理意义作了解释。
In this paper, the stress corrosion cracking behavior of 18-8 austenitic stainless steel in chloride medium was studied by a combination of electrochemical and acoustic methods with constant-load tensile testing. The 18-8 austenite The mechanism of stress-corrosion fracture of stainless steel in chloride ion medium and the method of preventing stress corrosion cracking were studied. The sensitive potential zone, immune zone, and the critical potential of dividing immune zone and non-immune zone of stress corrosion cracking were measured, The physical meaning of the potential is explained.
