本文采用125Ⅰ地高辛放射免疫分析法检测240例0~10岁正常小儿及53例成人血清内源性洋地黄样因子的浓度(EDLF),各年龄组均值如下(ng/ml):脐血:1.400±0.230;0~:0.965±0.221;1岁~:0.923±0.298;4岁~:0.909±0.304;6岁:0.845±0.168;8岁~:0.767±0.195;成人~:0.750±0.133。男女之间无显著性差异,脐血中EDLF浓度最高,其它各年龄组EDLF基本保持恒定水平。相关分析表明,EDLF浓度与年龄呈负相关关系(r=-0.283,P<0.001),表明EDLF受年龄影响,这可能与小儿各脏器发育不成熟及一些代谢过程有关。本文首次报告各年龄组小儿EDLF正常值范围。
In this study, plasma endogenous digitalis (ADLF) concentrations in 240 children aged 0-10 years and 53 adults were detected by 125I digoxin radioimmunoassay. Mean values of each age group were as follows (ng / ml): cord blood : 1.400 ± 0.230; 0 to 0.965 ± 0.221; 1 to 0.923 ± 0.298; 4 to 0.909 ± 0.304; 6 to 0.845 ± 0.168; 8 years old: 0.767 ± 0.195; adult ~: 0.750 ± 0.133. No significant difference between men and women, umbilical cord blood EDLF highest concentration, other age groups EDLF remained a constant level. Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between EDLF concentration and age (r = -0.283, P <0.001), indicating that EDLF is affected by age, which may be related to immature organs and some metabolic processes in children. This article reports for the first time in all age groups EDLF normal range of children.
