文章从刑、德概念的对应和结合上来把握马王堆黄帝书中的刑德说,认为刑德说包含有罚赏、阴阳、术数三个层面。一方面刑德说虽然加入了阴阳、数术的成分,开始形成一种宇宙性的理论,但是在政治领域中占主导的仍旧是最初形成的罚赏制度。另一方面,刑德赏罚由于和阴阳、四时结合使用,体现着天道观念,具有了合理性,从而便于后世统治者进行观念上的管理。
From the correspondence and combination of the concept of punishment and morality, the article tries to grasp the theory of “morally moral” in the Book of the Yellow Emperor of Mawangdui, and considers that the punishment of morals includes three aspects: fine reward, yin and yang, and surgery. On the one hand, Xunde said that although the composition of yin and yang and mathematics has been added to begin to form a universal theory, domination in the political field is still the original system of reward and punishment. On the other hand, due to the combination of yin and yang and four o’clock, the punishment and punishment of punishments of morality exemplify the concept of Heaven and have the rationality to facilitate the conceptual management of later rulers.
