一.各方简介 1.三九集团 三九企业集团是中国人民解放军总后勤部直属的最大综合企业集团。集团自有资金66亿元人民币,资产规模超百亿,已经形成以制药工业为核心,农业、旅游、房地产业、商业连锁、食品业、烟酒业、汔车工业等八大产业的产业布局。1995年,在全国500家大型工商企业排名第92位,最佳经济效益排名第4位。
I. Brief Introduction of All Parties 1. Sanjiu Group Sanjiu Enterprise Group is the largest integrated enterprise group directly under the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. With its own capital of 6.6 billion yuan and assets of over 10 billion yuan, the Group has formed an industrial layout centered on the pharmaceutical industry and focusing on the eight major industries such as agriculture, tourism, real estate, commercial chains, food industry, tobacco industry and truck industry. In 1995, the country ranked No. 92 in the 500 large-scale industrial and commercial enterprises with the fourth place in terms of best economic efficiency.
