在对1台SCQUY55型履带起重机样机进行调试过程中,当驾驶员踏下行走踏板时,右边履带可以行走,左边履带没有任何动作。我们随即对该起重机行走液压系统原理进行了分析,并对该故障进行排查。1.工作原理该起重机行走液压系统主要由先导溢流阀1、Y3电磁阀2、行走先导阀3、Ⅱ主控阀组4、Ⅰ主控阀组5、中央回转接头6、梭阀7、减压阀8、行走制动器9、行走制动阀10、行走马达11等组成,如附图所示。
During the commissioning of a prototype SCQUY55 crawler crane, when the driver depresses the walking pedal, the right track can walk without any action on the left track. We immediately analyzed the principle of the crane hydraulic system, and troubleshooting of the fault. 1. Working principle The crane hydraulic system mainly consists of pilot relief valve 1, Y3 solenoid valve 2, walking pilot valve 3, Ⅱ main control valve group 4, Ⅰ main control valve group 5, the central rotary joint 6, shuttle valve 7, Pressure reducing valve 8, travel brake 9, travel brake valve 10, travel motor 11 and other components, as shown in the figure.
