目的 :探讨子宫腔内超声对子宫内膜癌术前分期的应用价值。材料与方法 :回顾性分析 11例子宫内膜癌患者术前宫腔内超声扫描结果 ,并与经阴道超声结果和手术病理结果进行对照。结果 :对子宫内膜癌术前分期 ,宫腔内超声明显优于经阴道超声 ,更接近手术病理结果。结论 :作为一种新的超声扫描方法 ,子宫腔内超声用于子宫内膜癌术前分期有一定的临床使用价值 ,值得进一步研究 Objective: To investigate the value of intrauterine ultrasound in the preoperative staging of endometrial cancer. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the results of 11 cases of endometrial carcinoma by intrauterine ultrasonography before transvaginal ultrasound and surgical pathology. Results: The preoperative staging of endometrial cancer, intrauterine ultrasound was better than transvaginal ultrasound, more close to the surgical pathology results. Conclusion: As a new ultrasound scanning method, intrauterine ultrasound for endometrial cancer preoperative staging has some clinical value, it is worth further study
