目的 探讨DXA测量骨密度的准确性。方法 用DXA(前后位扫描 )测量 5具浸泡在 2 5cm水深中的猪腰段脊柱 ,共计 2 0例椎骨 ,将测量的结果与灰重及灰重密度计算相关性。结果 骨矿含量 (BMC)与灰重的相关性为 0 .94,P <0 .0 1,而骨密度 (BMD)较差r =0 .4,P >0 .0 5。结论 DXA测量骨密度中骨矿含量 (BMC)较准确 ,而骨密度 (BMD)较差。
Objective To investigate the accuracy of DXA in measuring bone mineral density. Methods Five pigs with lumbar spine immersed in 25 cm water depth were measured by DXA (anteroposterior and posterior scan). A total of 20 vertebrae were measured. The correlation between the measured results and gray weight and density was calculated. Results Bone mineral content (BMC) had a significant correlation with ash weight of 0.94, P <0.01, but poor BMD (r = 0.4), P> 0.05. Conclusion The bone mineral density (BMC) measured by DXA is more accurate, while the bone mineral density (BMD) is poorer.
