针对新机型在系统维修任务间隔确定过程中缺乏历史数据和使用经验的情况,首先提出基于相似部件失效数据的系统维修任务间隔分析方法,然后基于二参数威布尔分布函数建立分析模型,对该部件的可靠性特性进行研究,从而得到与该部件维修任务间隔确定相关的可靠性参数及置信区间,为确定部件的最优维修间隔提供有效依据。
Aiming at the lack of historical data and experience in the process of determining the system maintenance task interval for the new aircraft model, a system maintenance task interval analysis method based on failure data of similar components is proposed. Then, an analysis model is established based on the two-parameter Weibull distribution function. The reliability characteristics of the components are studied to obtain the reliability parameters and confidence intervals related to the determination of the maintenance task intervals of the components, so as to provide an effective basis for determining the optimal maintenance interval of the components.
