大体积混凝土一般都应用在建筑工程重要的部位,一旦大体积混凝土出现较大裂缝,对工程的损失是相当严重的。大体积水泥混凝土裂缝的控制较为复杂,裂缝的问题在实际工程中长期困扰着工程技术人员,其控制技术的研究具有重要的价值。大体积混凝土结构的截面尺寸较大,由于水泥在水化热反应过程中释放的水化热所产生的温度变化、外界环境变化和混凝土收缩的共同作用,会产生较大的温度应力和收缩应力,从而导致大体积混凝土结构出现裂缝。裂缝的产生会影响到结构的性能,严重时还会影响到结构的安全使用,因此如何防止大体积混凝土出现裂缝在工程中显得尤为重要。
